The Firm makes no representation that the information on this Site is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. All questions concerning the construction, validity, and interpretation of these Terms and the performance of the obligations imposed by these Terms shall be governed by the internal law, not the law of conflicts, of the State of Connecticut, United States of America. Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms including, without limitation, questions concerning the construction, enforceability, validity, and interpretation of these Terms will be finally resolved by arbitration conducted in the English language in Hartford, Connecticut, United States of America, under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties shall appoint as sole arbitrator a retired judge who presided in the State of Connecticut. All decisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction, and application may be made to any court for a judicial acceptance of the award or order of enforcement. Not withstanding the foregoing, the Firm shall be entitled to seek and obtain provisional or ancillary remedies such as injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction before, during or after the pendency of any arbitration. The cost of the arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties (except that the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection with the arbitration in such an amount as may be determined by the arbitrator).

In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The Firm may, at its sole discretion and without notice, revise these terms at any time by updating this posting to the Site.

Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement informs Site visitors of our policies and practices regarding information provided by visitors to the Site.

Site visitors have the opportunity to send email inquiries through the Site to ask questions, inquire about legal services, request information and make comments. These inquiries may be sent directly to lawyers or other professionals within the Firm for review and response, at their discretion.
